How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand, delivery times are 1-2 weeks.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation when my package has been sent ?

Once your package has been franked, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Here you can track the status of your delivery. Registered DHL customers will also receive continuous updates on the shipping status of their order.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free. Outside of Germany, shipping costs depend on whether you are located inside or outside the EU.
